THE CREATION
Perfumer Christine Nagel has created her first chypre perfume for Hermès: a sensual fragrance boasting woody notes of an unforgettable elegance. Barénia is a skin perfume, revealing a duality of strength and softness. Expressing all the facets of an instinctive, captivating woman with a free-spirited outlook.

OLFACTORY NOTES
True to the structure of a classic chypre perfume, Barénia eau de parfum blends butterfly lily with the delicacy of the miracle berry, enveloping them in oakwood and an intense patchouli.

THE OBJECT
Created by Philippe Mouquet and inspired by the Collier de Chien bracelet, the bottle balances the power of domed pyramid studs with gentle elliptical curves.

THE HERMÈS DETAIL
At the heart of the jewel-like Barénia bottle is one final stud, its shape molded at the bottom of the glass.

ETHICS
The 100 ml, 60 ml and 30 ml bottles can be replenished using the 125 ml refill, sold separately. Barénia is a refillable object, created to last.
